What we collect
When you send an enquiry or register online we store the details you give us (name, contact details, address and, for vendors, the items you list) so that we can run the auction and reply to you. We keep these records for as long as needed to administer sales and meet our legal obligations.
Website statistics
We count page views to understand how the site is used. This uses the approximate location of your internet connection and your browser type. We do not set an analytics cookie and the records cannot be used to identify you.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. If you accept cookies, we also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure how our advertising performs; it records page views and form submissions and may set Meta cookies such as _fbp. Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps set their own cookies when loaded. If you decline, none of these are set. You may change your choice at any time.
