Road-registered vehicles will be checked for outstanding finance and previous insurance claims. The keys, V5C logbook, and MOT certificate must be supplied with the vehicle at the point of entry into the auction. No lot entered for sale may be subject to any outstanding finance agreement or owned in whole or in part by any other party.

All items are left at the seller's own risk and should be insured accordingly. Southend Auctions accepts no responsibility for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen. Vendors should refer to the conditions of their own insurance policy for details of their cover.
